You can decide what kind of website plan you want for your business. The plans specify the services included but, for a website you still need Hosting and Domain services from a third party. For logos, we design the image, you still need to pay for any printed material versions from a third party.
No additional costs will be applied without previous consent.
Our services can’t be touched but you can see and feel whether it aligns with your business or not. If they fit with the idea you have and you can certainly try on the products you’re selling.
That’s why there’s a greater chance that our designs will guarantee satisfaction once finished. We will work on the logo and website until it matches your expectations or needs.
And a solid satisfaction guarantee is a must to remove the risk of failure, but we count on our clients to finish the projects we start facilitating the components and information for the website.
Our services are personalized and upon agreement the refunds will be explained. If after all our attempts you are still not happy with our designs, part of the payment will be kept for the hours of work, and part will be refunded accordingly.
Part of the payments will be used to pay for the hours of work and the remaining will be refunded. All details will be specified on the contract.
